Fees & FAQ

What it costs, and what to expect.

One price per session, paid as you go. If cost is what’s stopping you, say so on your first call. We keep low-cost places for exactly that reason.

Your first session

No need to prepare anything.

Most first sessions are a conversation about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to be different. Your therapist will explain how confidentiality works and answer any questions.

You can share as much or as little as you like

It’s fine to cry, laugh or sit quietly for a while

You decide afterwards whether to book again

If it doesn’t feel right, we’ll suggest someone else

Is what I say confidential?

−

Yes. What you say stays between you and your therapist. The exceptions are rare: if we believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if the law requires it. Even then we'd talk to you first wherever we can. Like all registered therapists, we discuss our work in supervision, without names or anything that could identify you.
