How it works

Four small steps, at your pace.

Nothing is booked until you’re ready, and you can stop at any point.

1

A free 15-minute call

Tell us a little about what’s going on. We’ll answer your questions and suggest who might suit you. No obligation.

2

Your first session

A gentle start. Your therapist explains confidentiality, asks what you’d like help with, and you see how it feels.

3

Regular sessions

Usually weekly, 50 minutes, at the same time each week, in person or online.

4

Review together

Every six sessions or so we check in on how it’s going. You can stop, pause or carry on. It’s your choice.

“

Most people who ring us aren’t sure counselling is for them. That’s fine. Ask us anything on the first call, and there’s no pressure to book.
