Life changes

New parents, new jobs, moving, retiring, coming out, or the kids leaving home.

What it can feel like

Even changes you chose can knock you off balance. You might feel you should be happy, or that you’ve lost a part of yourself you didn’t know mattered.

How talking can help

A few sessions can help you make sense of what’s shifted and what you want to take with you. Some people come for six or eight sessions to get their bearings; others stay longer.

What sessions are like

We usually suggest six sessions to start with and a review together at the end, so you can decide whether to carry on.
