Relationships

For couples, families and anyone stuck in the same argument again and again.

What it can feel like

The same row on repeat. Feeling lonely while living with someone. Wondering whether to stay or go, or trying to co-parent after a separation. Relationship trouble affects everything else, from sleep to work.

How talking can help

Ruth helps people slow down and notice the patterns between them, so conversations that usually end in a fight can go somewhere else. She sees couples together and individuals on their own.

What sessions are like

Couples sessions are 75 minutes. Ruth usually meets each partner on their own once early on, so everyone has a chance to say what they might not say in front of the other.
